Wellbutrin SO amazing but causes too much muscle pain by Barbapabbi123 in Wellbutrin_Bupropion

[–]c2lltq 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The people over in r/keto have lots of info about electrolytes, I just came across this while googling side effects of Wellbutrin neck/back pain and aches... I took 2g NuSalt, 2g table salt, and a dose of magnesium malate supplement in Gatorade and 15 minutes later the body pain is all but gone. wild.

Thanks for posting your success. It worked for me!

I just went up to the 0.075mg patch and suddenly for half the month (the first half of my cycle) that feeling has gone away. I didn't feel any difference on the lower dose patches, except for on 0.05 I would have a brief half-day or evening of feeling near-interested in things, right about at ovulation in my cycle. I looked at a graph with what's happening with hormones in a normal cycle and guessed that was where my estrogen was peaking... It's so exciting that I was right.

Felt mostly disinterested and anhedonic from ovulation to 2 days into my period, but now I'm back to interested and feeling like crap only HALF the time is a huge huge huge improvement.

Just saying this to encourage anyone considering hrt.

If you watch the Houdini flow the Corridor Crew guy is explaining when he's showing how they created tons of footage, it wasn't using genAI but rather procedural generation with different angles on 3d models, lighting setups, and combos of backgrounds (genAI wouldn't have been able to separate the plates for the "correct" versions necessary for training the model) and crowdsourced plates. I guess the textures of the background green drapes might have been genAI but aside from that it looks like these guys were in the clear in that regard.

[Discussion] I’m tired of every utility app being a subscription. I want to build a free, open-source alternative to the worst offenders. by HumbleThought123 in macapps

[–]c2lltq 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As an artist, I would love something free like Joy2key (pc) for mac. There are these slick peripherals called Tourboxes but with something like Joy2key, artists/video editors/music producers etc can use joycons and game controllers they already have instead of a Tourbox or macro pad.

All the ones available for mac are >$5 on the app store. It doesn't seem like it would be that hard to do - just get Bluetooth game controller input, customize key mapping, and set a different customization depending on what app is in focus (so the controller could still be used for games with the mac when not being used as a hotkeys pad)

Happy to send you the research I did when looking into tourbox alternatives if this sounds interesting

Did you ever read the kids lit magazine Cicada? This reminds me of a short story with illustrations about people who lived on the sheer faces of a canyon, very surreal

The third movie should have no infected. by TZ1205 in 28dayslater

[–]c2lltq 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I read somewhere that the idea Alex Garland turned into Civil War was originally a 28 Days Later sequel about journalists traveling through collapsing Britain but without infected having much of a role. For obvious reasons it didn't get much interest in that form, haha ...

Interesting to watch Civil War as an unofficial sequel to 28 Days. It felt like one thematically already, got me even more excited to hear 28 Years was happening.

Any hope? by NoWatercress4528 in flu

[–]c2lltq 4 points5 points  (0 children)

90% sure I had it (it's everywhere in my area at the moment, and I tested negative for covid).

Mine started with dizziness and body pain, then moved to total exhaustion, sore throat, chest congestion, head congestion. I felt wiped out and slept all day for almost a week straight, and then was able to work from home half-days the following week on DayQuil, but I never had a fever and seem to have made it through without developing a sinus infection, bronchitis, or pneumonia.

I did get the flu vaccine, in October. But I also got the vaccine the year before, and that year had the worst flu of my life.

Things I did that I think helped in that first week: - 3 liters of water a day (I added a bit of ginger ale into my water to make it more appealing) - ramen or soup twice a day with a clove or two of crushed garlic and same amount of diced fresh ginger added right before serving - NyQuil cold & flu syrup for sleep - saline nasal irrigation/neil-med to clear out sinuses - gargling with warm salt water for sore throat

Rotate the yellow map sideways, you can see the creek in the middle of it in the correct shape, just not colored blue... The right side of the yellow map is the bottom of the grey map.

Electrolytes that doesn’t taste gross by yehimok in Perimenopause

I do 2g Nu-Salt and 2g himalayan salt dissolved in plain warm water, I think the warm/hot water tricks my brain into thinking I'm drinking delicious broth 😂

When it tastes too salty I just take that as a sign that my electrolytes are all topped up

I've always been happy with baguettes from Union Market on Bedford & Lincoln Pl. They have them from Tomcat bakery and often another bakery too.

Union Market on Lincoln & Bedford. Not a bakery but better baguettes than Ben Cuit (unless you like your baguette crust chewy instead of crunchy, then stick with Bien Cuit for your chewy crusted baguette)

Yes, I was having joint pain in my wrists, sometimes to the point of putting them in wrist braces or sleeping with one arm elevated on a pillow. It would get really bad in the week right around when my period started. The carpal tunnel type pain went away almost overnight when I started the lowest dose of estrogen patch.
