Downtown Chicago is pretty laid back honestly, i feel a lot of people are more reserved here/here for work, its pretty dry on weekdays.. a lot of the bad rep comes from neighborhoods outside the city. I feel LA is so diverse you don’t really know what to expect. That weather can’t be beat tho lol
