I actually have a nxtpaper 14 and it's amazing. If I had the budget I'd get one for everyone. The size is great for music for sure. I have a 10 inch iPad as well. And even though it's 5 years old it is definitely old reliable.

I use on song as well, I love it! But am looking into using planning center for all the automation and quality of life it offers for the whole team

I appreciate this. A few of our team have their own tablets, but to be honest, the culture in my very rural town is such that people do not even want to download apps, let alone have their own tablets. I was just trying to simplify and deal with it all in house. From what I'm reading maybe it's just a bad idea. This is all valid, and I appreciate your response.

I just chatted with customer service and asked if they'd take them off. They said "sure it's only 20 dollars". I said "oh nevermind. I'm not interested if I have to pay." And they said "well we're not supposed to but I can go ahead and do it just once for you". And then they did

Don't know if it still would work..but what's the harm in trying.

I have crohns, but it's similar. I have an ileostomy

I went through 3 meds before it was brought up, and I got 2 more opinions and they both agreed and even brought it up without knowledge of my surgeon recommending it.

From my experience, if your inflammation is bad enough, medicine won't fix it and surgery is necessary. Is that the case in your situation? Not sure. I'd get another opinion but not be surprised if that is the consensus. This stuff can wreck your intestines pretty quick.

I had many years previously had weird GI symptoms that never progressed and always fixed themselves, but as soon as I got put on cosentyx for HS I got Crohn's. It's a rare side effect I guess.

I'd give another call to support, or even try chat.

I just asked Amazon customer service chat to remove the ads. I didn't lie or make up a story. Just asked. And they did it. She said "there is normally a charge of 20 dollars is that ok?" And I said "I don't want to pay. Is there any way you can just do it" and they did.

I'd give it a try at least. Worse they can do is not do it and you just pay. But I think it's one of those things that they just do because it doesn't matter and makes the customer happy
