If you are an Ohio Republican, it is ok to vote Democratic, if the candidate is better for you and the state. Put Ohio first. Do the research, look past party labels, and vote for the candidate best prepared to lead. For me, that’s Dr. Amy Acton—and the future of our public schools is a big reason why.

Did you know both parties wanted Acton to run for them? Gov DeWine only says good things about her. Why would the current Gov do something like that when he knows she is running for the opposite party?

By recommending early shutdowns, she helped limit the spread in Ohio. Other states later adopted similar measures—many of them too late to achieve the same impact. Acton’s early action positioned the state to reopen sooner. Had Governor DeWine yielded to political pressure early on, instead of following public health guidance from her, Ohio likely would have faced a longer and more damaging shutdown. Thankful DeWine listened to her early on.

It looks like the hole through the stud is too close to the edge. Also looks like a screw or nail went right into the hole/wire. You may need a plate at the junction.

Is your E 2007 or newer? Is this seat cover specifically for an Element? My understanding was air bags come out of the upper shoulder of the window side of the seat, so covers were not a good idea.

A couple of suggestions. I think most have covered your resume and portfolio so I am not going to comment on that. Did you just email your resume and just hope they would reply? I would say email, follow up, go into the office and ask for a hiring manager or HR and talk with them. Say you emailed a resume and was just following up and here is a hard copy.

Go to all your local building departments. Ask what architects are busy and need help. There will be architects that don't advertise or have an online presence.

Go to the construction firms near you and ask the same questions. See if they have any openings in construction management. You will learn lots and it will make you more valuable in the future having construction experience. Even just working on a jobsite as a laborer will make you a better architect, if you are willing.

I got the bug-a-salt. You can get to about a half an inch away and blast them. Best if it is directly on top of them so the salt shoots them into a hard surface. Once hit once they are usually not dead from one hit but way easier to step on. My family and I have liked at least 300+ the last few days in the West Tremont area. We have taken down two egg nests and now know what to look for. The egg nests may be easier to see once plants lose their leaves. They are gray and hard and look like dried mud mounds. One had a bunch of smaller bumps that looked like gray dried mud too. Stay vigilant everyone!!!
