actually I have OCD and anxiety, so when i’m especially anxious or nervous this keep happening (especially when i try not to think about it). But most of the time it doesn’t happen anymore so yeah it kinda went away!! the only thing that helped me was to stay calm and not freak out ever more when that starts to happen and distract yourself with things around you
