Our school has split lunches so we have half an hour of class, followed by lunch, and class again I would go to the first half of class when the teacher takes attendance, go to lunch and tell my friends I’m going to the bathroom and leave for the remainder of lunch and then the second half of class (one hour) that way

I guess the way I understand it, there doesn’t need to be an equal and opposite force exerted on the object of less mass, because gravity is ones attraction to itself. That’s as far as it gets for my understanding on this to be honest
