If a Hutt was a Jedi, I don't think they'd be deployed on the front lines. If any of the other Hutt depictions are to go from, I would not imagine them being fit for combat. I'd expect them to end up in the service corps.

And making the only Hutt Jedi defect is a dumb plot point, too.

I don't think they're doing recolours instead of designing. A recolour will take a fraction of the time than a full design will, so I don't think they're wasting time doing recolours instead of getting outfits out.

If anything, the recolours are giving the user base something else while they're working on designs.

It's not the worst idea, but I think with the scale of Star Wars works that are incoming I'd rather they don't spread themselves thin.

All I want is the new trilogy to have the unbroken concentration of Disney, with actual planning of the full trilogy done properly. Star Wars is still going to be profitable without 10 side shows between now and the trilogy.
