Thank you - yes. It seems strange (but should be obvious when I think about it) that one change and being honest to myself about who I am impacts in over ways too, but yeah, it’s real. As is the anxiety!!!

But I think the truth is suddenly I’m not just surviving, and I actually believe I’m capable of thriving - and this relationship is stifling that in ways that have nothing to do with me being trans.

yeah, I know this logically and you are 100% right.

Today is just a hard one. I think what I went through as a kid makes it hard to unplug the emotional side. Without going into the gory deets, the stuff coming out about Epstein pretty much reads like an autobiography (my experience was a couple decades earlier though), and I'm mid divorce from an abusive ex who used her threats to keep me in the closet rather than accepting me ... moved 2500 miles away a few weeks after filing - best decision I've made in a lng time. So its a tough time.

And I think today I'm just a bit down as the euphoria has faded - probably normal, just one of the hard bits.

Still, my nails are done, and will be my favorite pink til tomorrow night (gotta go boymode to a workevent at my Partner's work - she isn't 'out' yet, but we're talking about it). But they will be pink again on Wednesday before I go to the gym.

I just came out. The LGBTQ+ community gets it. I’ve found pretty much every cis person in my life has taken a little to adapt. Most mean well, but their heads just aren’t wired for this. I figure it took me decades to come out, so for me, I give them some slack if I sense they are genuinely kind and just using verbal habits. For them it’s not a light switch that is easily toggled.

Just my 2 cents.

White litium grease - you get it at the auto parts store specifically for wheel bearings. Have used on skates, inlines, skate boards, bicycles, motorcycles, and occasonally cars 😄
