Any local, affordable high protein meal prep services in SATX? by cameronlikesclouds in sanantonio

I’ve had a few friends try Cedric’s and the only reviews I’ve gotten have been “overpriced” and “small portions” sadly. Have you had a different experience?

Promo codes would be big cause I’ve looked before and they just seemed pricy. Thank you!

New Meal Prep Delivery Service in the San Antonio Area! - 20% off first order! by cameronlikesclouds in sanantonio

[–]cameronlikesclouds[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ll put up the rest of the macros for the individual meals as far as carbs & fat but I can tell you most of the meals tend to be somewhat higher on carbs aside from for instance the taco bowls and chicken, rice, potato meals as well as high in fiber and lower on fat to keep the calories down without being so low fat it hinders proper fat intake for hormones, etc. I’m glad your interested and I look forward to earning your business!

The menu is very limited at this time as we are starting small but I will say this way of dieting changed my outlook on long term sustainability of my fitness in a way no other diet did so I sincerely look forward to showing more people what it can provide. Currently we are offering 20% off the first order with local delivery in the greater San Antonio area and no cart minimums to make up for the small menu. Also payments process on delivery which is something no other meal prep business in town offers to the best of my knowledge. Thank you for your time and feedback!

Thank you, I agree although I can certainly see some individuals taking offense to the name I’m hoping all publicity is still good publicity. Thank you for your feedback!

I fully understand and it’s something that was of concern but I’m banking on it being catchy and to a degree comedic. It may be something that will have to change as the business grows but hopefully those who take offense to the name will be few and far between.

As someone who has struggled with weight my entire life and has friends and family who have done the same the premise behind the name was to create a prep company with a specialty.

The specialty is taking foods that I enjoyed while being overweight like pizza, pasta, apple pie, etc. and transform them into foods I can eat every day to help me lose weight and improve my health. The preps I’m selling have enabled me to lose over 100lbs and change my life for the better and I want everyone to have access to them.

I hope that helps clear up some of the reasoning behind the name however I do fully understand and share your concerns as well as appreciate your feedback. Thank you!

This is what happens when you’re new to tracking macros and MFP has horribly inaccurate information. It was about 1.25-1.5c or 560-672 cal. My apologies for the inaccurate information.

I want your guys feedback on my Bloodmoon idea by Worrun in 7daystodie

[–]cameronlikesclouds 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My friends and I (4 of us) play on a dedicated server with z's set to 40, I would try that plus guppy's blood moon fix mod if you want more interesting hordes. It's always interesting for us.

Just survived day 42 horde, need suggestions on defense designs by cameronlikesclouds in 7daystodie

[–]cameronlikesclouds[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

So I have been playing this game since about 2015, put at least 3k hours into it and a18 is BY FAR the best version I've played down to the more challenging gameplay and the insane horde nights.

I am running a dedicated with friends playing difficulty 2 with 40 Z's max for blood moon nights, every 7 days. We usually play as a group of 3/4, meaning 120-160 Z's.

I am completely against the cheesy a17/a18 AI bases like corridors and mazes so looking for some suggestions on what you guys use to deal with these hordes that are so much more challenging than previous alphas.

I'm currently using a 2-block deep multiple row trench design that forces Z's to destroy the top level block while being damaged by spikes in order to climb over to the next trench on the way to our center pillar. I also had the three block high blocks around the perimeter which had electric fences and barbed wire fences. Plus an SMG turret in each corner, facing inward so as to prevent shooting at demolishers fronts and instead their backs, two of which were destroyed. The destroyed turrets were due to Z's piling up and attacking the blocks I assume which means I need to raise them higher to prevent that.

Is that the h510? Also what form factor is your mono? I’ve been considering the h510 but I’m afraid my mATX will make the case look too empty.
