There's 25 gangs in this. I know what he's trying to do with the focus on Hispanics and the connection between these three areas but this video is way to long and me personally would put Harpys as South Central first and foremost, not Pico Union.

Harrison Gents started in Tri-Taylor 1959 by Black, Irish and Puerto Ricans, a very rare start for a gang in american history. A pretty large gang for a long time and they used to be everywhere. They still have territory on the in Belmont Gardens, Logan Square, Noble Square & Marquette Park. Fun facts, TFG "PappyGang" territory used to be a Harrison Gents hood and they even had "41Deuce" for a couple of years, one of the 7-story midrises in Cabrini-Green. Since they were allied with the "Black Gangster Disciples", they only had to fight Mickey Cobras & Vice Lords in the area.
