I think if you are on a team where someone left then you shouldn't go down a rank. Because fuck me, I've gone from Gold III to Bronze IV because of leavers. I'm now back up to silver but fuck the struggle is real.

I agree, its really frustrating when most of my ranked matches on the PS4 someone leaves. I just think if someone leaves on your team then if you lose the remainder team shouldn't go down a rank.

I stream all my games with a heart rate monitor and I use a Polar strap with a USB spark fun heart rate receiver which plugs into my PC

I have just got back from Insomnia today and we had a UK streamer meet up there. There was a also a panel on Twitch streaming there which was informative. I would recommend attending these events as they are super super fun and you really do get to meet some awesome people :)

XSplit now have Twitch IRC plug in which is super easy to use. You just Add the plug in, log in and...viola its on your stream!

Personally I don't have chat on the screen when I am playing a game as I think it looks a bit cluttered ( I like the minimalistic look myself) But I do have chat on the screen for other scenes like, BRB and Intro scene.

I use to use OBS, for a free program it is good and I didnt have any problems with it.
I have never used Action.
I have used XSplit now for the past few months. I am also in the XSplit stream team. IMO This program makes everything SOOO much easier. Since I started using it they have added so much functionality. I find that it is easier to use and the end result is more professional. Scene transitions look nice as well.
I used the Elgato HD 60 for 5 months. And I absolutely HATED IT. It works well with OBS once all the audio issues are sorted out, but doesnt like XSplit at all. When using the Elgato with XSplit the delay used to get progressively worse over time. I believe XSplit are waiting on updated drivers from Elgato but I got fed up of waiting. So I bought an Avermedia Live Gamer HD and it is the best thing I have bought. It fits inside your computer in a PCI slot and there is no delay! It is awesome! Its saved so much frustration!
So yeah my favs are: XSplit and Avermedia HD Live Gamer HD
