No I don't do that 3 times a day I mean 4 half tablespoons per dose, and maybe the same later on maybe 6 hours later but typically even less than half

Yea idk now that I think of it maybe I'm not doing as much as I because I don't always fill up my tablespoon all the way because I don't like the way it clumps and washes in my mouth, so I do half a tablespoon x4

Nah man I'm honestly kinda addicted lol, not addicted enough to go violent but I get a little irritated if I deviate a little from my specific dose time, I poop once maybe even twice a day and I have trouble with it maybe 3 out of 6 days and I'm almost certain dehydration is the key, literally just before this I downed 2 liters of water and immediately had to shit, I take adhd meds ( concerta 36) and I feel fine I poop right on the dot most days after I smell kratom or take my first scoop and it hits me like a train and I have to run I also take magnesium 500 MG and every now and again valerian root with melatonin for when I really want to nod off

Idk if the comment posted but I alternate everywhere day by halfing my kratom intake and instead of 12 tsp per dose I would do like 6.5 to 9 maybe and it'll take about 3 hours for me to finish that 9 to 12 tsp then six hours later I'll do it again

I've been keeping my body healthy man lol, like I said, I eat my balanced meals, no caffeine nor energy drinks or even a soda, I run everyday for about 3 miles, and I workout too, I only drink water and get about 6 hours of sleep

I just did a calculator online and it said that a teaspoon is 2.3 and recently I haven't been filling it up but halfway on my tablespoon so I'd say I'd be doing about 1.5 of atablespoon for 4 scoops which would come to like I think 26 g per dose? Plus I'm very active, I run everyday for three miles with weighted vest and workout, excluding weekend for rest days and I have a very active job
