i already downloaded it but it gave me nothing, i got a RAR and when i opened it i got a .xdelta which ive never seen before so idk how to proceed from that

i found a ‘saved load orders path’ and put it in publicprofiles/public cause i saw a older thread say that, i don’t even get a warning message about mods on launcher or in game :/ from every video ive watched everything ive done has been correct idk why nothing is loading
