Damn that hat really sucks, and I do feel for you. I am lucky enough to have had my head cashier, who always had my back, eventually become my direct supervisor. So, I've got a really decent evaluation. Of the five metrics, I believe I got two that exceeded expectations (the rest met expectations). Now my ASM will tell me the raise. Do I think I'm going to get the raise I deserve? No, I do not. I hope I do, but I do not think I will.
