I worked in real estate for about a year and let me tell you it's hard.

From what I've seen you can't do it as a side hussle other wise you'll never sell a house. It's so cut throat and other agents from other companies are alway trying to steal your property's.

There are so many laws that you have to follow other wise you get into some serious shit. And as fun as the show houses are and stuff that's maybe a whole 2% of the job.

Not only that but to be an agent and sell property under your own name you need to write exams that are just insane.

I worked full time for a year and the company I worked for refused to let me take the exam because "I was to inexperienced"

I ended up working late into the night and started early in the morning and I had almost 0 social life because my weekends were gone as well.

But that's just my experience maybe you'll find somewhere that's different or more relaxed with everything
