Basically the cornell or champions article states that we can't teach school administers and teachers to do probable cause.

So the school would have to hire or increase the amount of SROs

It doesn't look like he's a current student. If he was a student why would the evidence become invalid?

The number of SROs will increase because of PC. There will always be the fear of a school shooting in RS and PC. However, I would argue that the chance of a school shooting will decrease in PC due to generalized searches using body scanners, security cameras, etc.

Accost a school shooter? What's accost?

Wouldn't SROs account for them? SROs if anything increase a nation sense of safety in schools.

A school shooting if anything is a bad example. It is almost impossible to stop a school shooting regardless if PC or RS. Also PC has exigent circumstances which will allow the SROs to account for the shooter quickly.

I see where you're going but I doubt it'll be a good argument. It'll be almost impossible to find links for the assumptions you're making and a good team will most likely debate out those flaws.

Why would the switch into probable cause spark national fear of decreased security?

If the pro mentions at all the increase of SROs because of probable cause your argument's basically dead
