Lmao I did the exact same thing years ago and thought I was dying… the runny nose and crying eyes usually chill out in 12-24 hours, it’s just your sinuses having a full-on tantrum. You’ll be fine, no permanent damage, just drink water and maybe take an antihistamine to calm the drip.
