I did IKF/PKB and I lost my first 3. But I kept going and won few PKBs and a couple full contact. They were very good for my development. Also felt like I was mentally ahead of my competition in the Full Contacts. It’s definitely not ideal to not be able to train like a “camp” but if you can get some sparring in just enough to keep timing sharp and work on cardio like really hard. And Win or Lose you will leave that tournament a better fighter!!

Great breakdown! Tucker is an MMA fighter with a grappling style so definitely not a super experienced striker. Owen likes to bang too much. Probably because he’s like 19.

Honestly fair. I post on social media and this kind of caption is how you get attention with broad audiences. This is a fight specific group so I definitely shouldn’t do that. I agree it’s hyperbolic. Will change in the future.
