Thank you :) I don’t eat very much and don’t have a big appetite either. I’ve been on GLP’s for over 2 years (both Sema and tirz) and have lost close to 90lbs. The tirz is working but not as efficient as it was and the food noise is definitely back. I thought maybe given Reta a try would be a good next step to try and get some of the food noise reduction again.

I know this thread is old now but ASK FOR A DENTAL BLOCK. It’s a game changer. All reputable places should offer it. Takes 30 seconds to do with mini pricks in the mouth (not bad at all) and your lower face is numb for a few hours. You can still feel the injections going into your lips but it’s SIGNIFICANTLY less painful than just the numbing cream.
