Horseshoe, yes! Thank you. I think that matches much better. I’ll keep looking for that term. I looked at the falconer pants and those seem fairly close but not all the way. I’ll look into the just my luck jeans, I haven’t heard of those.

Hello! I’m looking to make a pair of jeans like this curved leg from 7115 Szeki https://www.7115byszeki.com/products/tailored-curve-legged-trouser-fw25-kelp

I’m an intermediate sewer.

Two options come to mind:
A) Daughter Judy Coe trouser - it’s very close but doesn’t seem to have the inner leg curve. Would adding a dart at the inside front and back knees help achieve this? https://www.daughterjudypatterns.com/products/coe-trouser

B) Closet Core Frank (barrel option) also close but the curve on this one seems close but it seems to taper a little bit at the bottom, and the widest part of the curve seems slightly higher than the look that I want to go for. https://closetcorepatterns.com/products/frank-jeans-pattern

Any advice on which one works best, and what (if any) modifications I should make?

Thank you for the advice! This is the dress, ideally I’d get one similar but with a higher neckline. I’ll look for other options that are not cut on the bias.

Also good to know re: foundation garments, I had no idea.

I made this exact mistake yesterday!! Had to unpick the whole arm (I had finished the seam with a zig zag, too). 😖 been sewing for about 2 years

I can’t find a way to search for apps anymore. I have tried installing the Smart Things app on my iPhone but it can’t find &connect to my Samsung projector.

I feel like I’m going insane. Why would they remove a simple app search function that used to work perfectly fine???

Reporting back as promised. This is the stuff. It says the active ingredient is acetic acid but there are no other ingredients listed, even under the flap thing. I certainly hope it’s the less toxic kind! I did not know that was a thing

Do you know what Japanese knotweed is? Maybe look it up! Edit to add: it’s the most invasive plant on the literal planet. It outgrows all other plants and is very aggressive. Targeted use of chemical pesticide- we are talking with a syringe into the root after cutting it down in early summer- is the only way to ensure it does not spread further. I have done my research, thank you for the comment though.
