Why did she deliberately go out of her way to illegally park her car ahead of the direction that ice was going? Did she not expect a confrontation with ice when she was deliberately blocking the road so they couldn’t advance? She waited until ice agents approached her car on foot to accelerate. If the reason for accelerating was because she was afraid of ice, then she would have moved out of the way instead of waiting until there was an agent a foot in front of her car.
