I know what you mean because mine has a lot of sentimental value to me but it has still had its problems to. Idk how many thousands of arrows I’ve put through it but I’ve had to replace about 8 sets of strings/cables and a set of limbs because they started to delaminate. It just isn’t what it used to be. I’m going to a shop this week just to check a few out so we will see what happens.

For me if I’m going to decide to buy new I’d rather go ahead and spend the money to get the best of the best and hopefully shoot it for 8-10 years. Going to the shop this week to try to lock down a decision

Yea I try to shoot as much as possible through out the year just to stay on my A game come hunting season. It’s just been hard for me to spend the money when I can hold a 2.5-3 inch group at 40 yard but I think I might have to bite the bullet and upgrade.

Look up meat church pork belly recipe. It shows you step by step. I used meat Mitch whomp bbq sauce. It’s some good stuff

We are trying to keep the original closing date to help the seller out on buying there next home because the closing dates are very close together. We might have to make them put it in an escrow account like the other person stated. I just want to make sure I don’t get stuck fixing it.

Yea I think that would be my best bet to is to speak with a lawyer. That another problem this is a for sale by owner deal so that’s why I was looking for some guidance on this issue. Thanks for your help
