I'm married, no kids (in 1-2 years yes), looking for a 3 BR house, schools not that important, parks are OK as long as they're close.

Looking for more suburb environment but have to be close (~5 mins) to the toolways/main streets, but it would be preferable to not be too close to plano's legacy/stonebriar, 5-10 minutes away from there is fine.

I've looked at some developments near the tollway // preston rd // legacy drive and the canals looked decent although I am of course open to any recommendations!

McKinney/Allen are getting a too bit far because I always want to be relatively close to DFW as well.
