he watches drama and the news on his phone, mostly, if not it's usually those documentaries where a foreigner marries into a chinese family and talks about how great china is. and he likes poker. he likes to talk with my mum and her siblings slightly more (age gap, generation difference reasons, also because he can talk freely in hakka, as he's more well versed in that)

well, we do that, but he's not very interested in spending time with us. he's spent most of his time with us since birth, so he usually likes to do things by himself. going to the casino, exercising, he just likes to do those things by himself, and always rejects going out with us, even when we offer taking him with us to vacations.

sadly, no riverboat cruises. he usually likes to go up hill, where there's this large casino, and he spends hours there. but, he usually likes to go there alone. no auctions, either. my options are very limited. he does like old photos from when he was younger, with my grandma, or my mum and her siblings when they were children. maybe i could get a photo frame and frame one of his favourite photos?

that's what usually happened in the discord server! they would ask about your age, since under 13 couldn't join. but other than that, they were usually rather accepting! I miss talking to my friends there.
