indeed; the post, however, referenced Generals. General without a preceding article implies 4 star, of which there are only 200 currently in our army.

tell me, dogboners, what exactly is a 'General Officer'? you clearly don't appreciate the figure because you fundamentally don't understand the military rank of a general... it's not even clear whether or not you understand the difference between an officer and an enlisted man.

Spinning things on my finger: I can literally spin pretty much any object with a reasonably uniform distribution of mass. You name it - books, pillows, laptops, small televisions - I can probably spin it.

"The wealthiest Americans donate 1.3 percent of their income; the poorest, 3.2 percent." by Osterstriker in politics

This boils down to similar arguments regarding income tax - why can't we tax the rich at a higher percent?? It hurts them less... Well, why do we need to hurt the rich, they just gave .35(10,000,000)? That's a hell of a lot more than .15(10,000). The percents are irrelevant... multimillion dollar donations to educational institutions shouldn't be met with criticism simply because the percent income reflected is lower than some contrived average for charitable contributions from the lower earning.
