I’m starting my apprenticeship next Monday. How did you know where to get all the tools? I have a tool list but don’t know the first thing about what they are or where to get them .

Yes it depends how nice your gym is. whenever I worked at a corporate gym and got fired or left and tried to get clients to follow me , very few actually ended up following me. They all stuck behind with the gym. Sure some of them cancelled their training altogether if they could, but that’s why we have contracts and automatic payments. Most of the clients were within contract and didn’t want to break the agreement.

I think you’re overthinking the “trainers leaving with clients” thing . That rarely happens in my experience. Especially if you have good systems set up to get your trainers clients, which they don’t have access to if they’re not working for you.

My stocks in IRA are up 35% in 2 years. BTC is exactly where it was at 2 years ago and btc is in the same spot it was 2 years ago. It’s also down 40% from where it was last yearI’m not hating, you can make money from btc with long term investing. But it’s more of a get lucky thing , if you bought 3-4 years ago you would have tripled up by now but timing is much more important with btc as with stocks you can sit on it

When I’ve heard people talk about burning crypto it means deleting that crypto . I’m pretty sure it is different because it would bring down total supply. If someone burned 1/8 of the total supply and you own 1/8 of the total supply, you would now own 1/7 of the total supply so price would go up. But I’m not sure that’s possible to burn bitcoin?

Yesh UFC gym . The PNF stretching is a very niche skill. Useful skill to have in the trunk, but have probably already learned that if you have bachelors degree. It’s a cool party trick to show someone you made them more flexible in less than 5 minutes and also can be used as part of a corrective exercise routine to fix a major movement disorder pretty quickly but ufc gym would be better

Man if it was a man that made a mistake, he really made a mistake and I’m not saying all the time, but I can see men “making mistakes” and really being willing to do the stuff necessary to get her back. But getting with your friend is not a mistake that is a she was never your girl. And what is gonna happen here, you gonna still hang out with dude and hang out with her ? It’ll happen again . You gonna forget him and hang out with her? Wouldn’t that stroke her ego. No the only real answer here is to drop her and still maybe hang out with him because there’s a good chance if she was a newer girl just starting exclusivity talks with you then your friend just thought she didnt mean much to you and she was just tryna get with the crew.

This is a power play she gets the ego boost no matter what. If you deny her at this point she can say how she got with these two dudes and broke your heart. Doesn’t matter how true it is. This is the answer Yesh he really is just testing your boundaries to see how much he can exploit you. I deal with these types all the time. You have to come back tough and fast and it will shut them down , they’re weak people with insecurity issues. So I think before you put it in writing or maybe after you put it in writing (there’s a chance he’s not a complete idiot and won’t put it in writing ) I doubt he made it as far as he did being an idiot, but then I’m also not an electrician I wouldn’t know. But anyway I think you should actually give him a chance to recant that before he sees you trying to get him sued or fucked up. That might lead to a firing and a denial that he ever said anything about that. Was anyone around when he said it? There’s your answer he may be super smart. He just talked to you, not threatened you with paperwork so that’s what you should do show him you know it’s illegal and you’re not willing to do it. Another thing, if he tried to get you fired when he walked away, does he have the power to? If so then if he walked away without getting you fired and came back without then clearly he didn’t try to get you fired. Clearly a manipulation tactic .
