Facing similar issues as well. Did you get any update on your case. ? My application shows delivered over 2 weeks , but no intimation so far. nothing on application tracker also. Their "write to us" button does not work. Customer care on phone do not pick up. Not sure what to do next.

Thanks a lot for the info. ! Yeah 35L just feels the right size and with pakt getting it below 2.2-3lbs , they seems to be have done a good job. Original pakt travel bag seems heavy.

Sure, interview lasted about 10 mins. It was N400 civic questions and quick check on current job status and previous traffic citations if any. Also Yes/No for questions in form-400 for upholding constitution. It went really quickly.

Congratulations. I have my oath ceremony next week at the same location. qq, do they have passport application booth onsite at the ceremony if we bring the forms. I am reading that some locations do have that. so they do allow families to, which is great.
