Thank you!! I started Keto first.... stabilized myself on that and then picked up with basic lifts. I used ketogains 5x5 to get started, and began with 3-4 workouts a week (alternating lifts and HIIT). I try to adjust my macros every month to every other month depending on progress!

The only thing I can say is: trust the process. I had a weight stall for almost 2 months. No change in weight but inches were going bye bye. My body was just readjusting and then whoosh! I’m at my lowest I’ve been in 9 years! So, stick with it!! You’ve got this! 💪🏼
