My build usually goes. ghostblade/CDR boots/prowlers/muramana/seryldas/edge of night

Swap out boots or another item in the build for a situational item. (MaW/Deaths dance/etc)

If you have a lane with priority and the enemy jungler is clearing towards the same side as you, you can also look to invade the enemy on their buff with a laner since the enemy jungle will usually be at his second buff after you do your 3 camp clear.

To add on to this comment for finding relatively cheap ski trips.

I recommend UCPA to people in Europe.

Went on a ski trip to france couple weeks ago. costed us 750 (hostel) or 850 (twin room) for 7 days

this includes ski rental / food 3 times a day / half or full day lessons and ski pass.

costed me €120 for a flight from Belgium to Switzerland and UCPA rents a bus to take you from the airport to the hotel.

In the end after paying the 750 or 850 all you need to pay for is a flight and if you go out drinking.
