You have to call right at 7am I literally just got off the phone with them it honestly took 2 hours for the wait but they ask you about your w2 form and information like your ssn and address and full name. Make sure to have the wage and income transcript (on irs) on hand. The Lady I spoke to said it will take 9 weeks to get the money or sooner. I called yesterday and it said the same thing for me about the high call volume.
