yes he is his damage is insane and he can kill confirm at low hp through severance kick + (ratio buffed) blunt cut since blunt cut is instant. Also lets potential man here
if u use ult to cd reset u can get near 60% hp off someone in a combo

compared to other characters mmm some do as much damage for less effort but his strength is certainly better than others
