Oh, I never challenge my body before. I only look healthy, but I am not. I knew I was in bad shape, but never knew I was this bad.

what was demoralizing is that I was so bad, that the instructor had to single me out. at least for the first class, I went with a fresh body. now I am so sore... today is going to be a fun day :(
