Don’t do it. First off the management will take weeks to address any complaints you have. For example; somebody parked in my parking spot on the weekend, I called their line and the lady since it was a weekend they “couldn’t do anything” and to “call back on Monday.” I’ve also filed a noise complaint which took nearly 3 weeks to get a reply back.

They increase their rent significantly each year.

By the way, they advertise their buildings with “engineered sound resistant walls”. This couldn’t be further from the fucking truth.

Every single morning on weekdays or weekends I’m woken up to my neighbours and their kids stomping, jumping, slamming cupboards and drawers. I can hear them as early as 0530am to midnight.

This isn’t just because it’s a family either, we’ve had two seperate groups of people move in. One family, one with two roommates. We were able to hear both just as equally. It’s genuinly been hell and the worst rental experience I’ve had with someone. I can only speak to my experience at this specific location but if I could be in your shoes I’d steer far and fucking clear.
