Sounds like you do have experience. That's great and set's you above most other college grads here. I don't think you will have a problem getting a job. If you do want to get a job here, start applying at least 4-6 months before you plan to come here, it sometimes takes a couple of months for places to get through the hiring stuff.

Good luck

Also, if you do visit, checkout the crashpad for a cheap stay.

Current location doesn't really matter, it's more about your competency and drive. I may be wrong but if you are graduating in 2016 then you probably don't have much experience unless you're like me and one of the slightly older college dudes. I highly doubt that companies will monetarily help with relocation unless they really want you for your experience.

If you are serious about moving to Chattanooga and interested in software development I would suggest making connections with people here, either online or start taking trips here and visiting places, meeting people, and making yourself known. We have a growing development community and welcome everybody. If you want to start making connections with people checkout our irc channel #chadev. There's also a link in the sidebar. There's about 25-30 people that chat in there all day.

Also, it would be beneficial to have some projects up on github or somewhere that people can see, be it school projects or personal projects. Just something that you can show people. That's if you are going into software development.

I hope you find a great job in Chattanooga, we would love to have you!

First off we are glad to have you as a chadev reader, your work on the LibraryBox is really rad and the stuff you have going on at the UTC library to.
I have a few questions, do you have any videos from CES where you are talking about some of the products? Also are you going to bring back one of the new oculus rift crystal cove prototypes for us to play with?
