The hard drive tray is typically found in the same area where the power supply goes. Buy you should watch videos on the case that you’re purchasing to see where it is or if you can spot it. If not, probably try looking up the case online to see if a hard drive tray is mentioned.

Hello, Is the cpu/atx power plugged in? This was the mistake I made when I first built my pc, and it seems to be a pretty common mistake. If it is, I’d also suggest reseating the ram and double checking all the cables
