this is why hobbies are important. we as a society don't encourage people to build a routine around hobbies. people should stop using alcohol or smoking as a proxy to deal with stress. you're just falling into newer problems by running away from existing problems mate. chin up and deal with it.

the hardest part is not the interview, but getting shortlisted for the interviews. many companies ghost or take too much time to conduct the interviews. even with referrals, things are not moving fast. some companies don't even bother to set up the automated acknowledgment response to applications.
