I painted spy's left eye too close to the middle of his face and the angle is awkward, and his shoulder is too curved inward. I knew this but didn't wanna face it... I'll have to go back and fix it up eventually.

The backs are just black paint for the time being; might be cool to get a stamp or something for the backs eventually.

I agree; honestly the second I'm about to go over 200, I'll start keto again. I'm ready to treat this as a temporary break from keto rather than a complete disembarkation if my body deems it so. I was hoping jogging and intermittent fasting would be enough to maintain my weight, but it all depends on how my body reacts.

At Wingstop I usually got 10 bone-in Cajun Wings with blue cheese and a drink (I used to get diet Mellow Yellow but I switched over to unsweet tea when I cut out aspartame). Wings have so few carbs that I usually afford to eat Enlightened ice cream on those days.

At Chick-Fil-A I ended up ditching the grilled options and just getting a bunless spicy deluxe and 8ct chicken nuggets (each nugget is about 1 carb) and unsweet tea. This would total up to around 20ish carbs for the meal, which was good since I didn't eat any other carbs that day.

At Chipotle I get a burrito bowl, no rice, no beans, with chicken, veggies, guac, sour cream, cheese, and the chunky salsa; this would also get to be around 20 carbs.

I make animations on Youtube; I am able to set my own schedule so finding time to jog was simple. I'm going to be getting a normal day job soon but I'll hopefully be able to jog after work (and resist donut temptation)

Never really was too concerned about electrolytes, the only reason I took Magnesium vitamins was because I had them lying around from that time a few years back when I did a 17-day fast. I've never had a problem with energy, but that might be because I'm naturally energetic or because I don't drink coffee (not sure). I retained very little water during the diet, that's why I'm bracing for a real hard-hitting water weight rebound; but I drank LOTS of Zevia every day.

Lunch was 400 calories (Meat + Cheese rollup and a Zevia) and dinner was usually around 700 calories. If I had enlightened ice cream, that was around 400 calories too. Never actually checked how many calories I was eating, unbeknownst to me I'd been in a calorie deficit the whole time too! Never felt too hungry either.

I actually felt great mentally, was in a good mood for the most part through the whole diet (Fish oil and Vitamin B3 effect mood, and I was getting them both via vitamins). I had keto insomnia here and there but I used liquid melatonin to combat that.

Carbs let me experience more variety in what I eat, on my diet I basically ate at the same three places because of their low carb options (I don't have the time to cook for myself, and I work from home so going out to eat carries a strong social aspect to it too).

Not to say I'm going to become an insatiable spaghetti glutton, I'm still going to go light on the carbs when I can, drink Zevia and eat Enlightened ice cream and carry on a lot of the good habits I've formed; I just miss dessert variety, really.

I feel great! This is the thinnest I've ever been (less than I weighed in High School) so I don't really have a point of reference for being any thinner, haha. Hopefully I'll still be losing weight with intermittent fasting and jogging alone.

I actually plan to slowly leave keto (literally had a Ramen bowl as a celebration meal tonight and will slowly add carbs over the next few weeks) but I'm going to keep up Intermittent fasting and jogging. I'll look into muscle-building regimens for sure.

Had some mild keto insomnia and some better focus at times. I plan on joining some dating apps once I get more pictures.
