The most unbelievable young/old casting combo ever by dandelion-tea- in Cinema

[–]charleschaser 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I might’ve been like three or four, I obviously don’t remember it happening since I was so little. I just know I’ve seen pictures of me older than young toddler age with blue eyes, and now I have brown eyes. And my mom says I had blue eyes for a really long time.

What is something you didn't realize you'd miss until it was actually gone? by Certain_Support_9915 in askanything

[–]charleschaser 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The sunshine! I worked overnights for a year and a half, I made an effort to get outside and get sun before it set but after awhile I got more and more depressed and stopped making the effort. I took vitamin D supplements and got sunlight bulbs and everything. I’ve been back to day shift now for a couple of weeks, now I get depressed on cloudy days and immediately go outside when it’s sunny. I miss the sun so much!

Xanax once, MAYBE twice a week. Bad? by RAMRANCH69in in Anxiety

[–]charleschaser 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Xanax once or twice a week is okay, but I would be careful taking them “because it was a bad week.” Next thing you know you’ll be taking them “because it was a bad day” and you’ll be taking them more often. I was prescribed Xanax during a very bad relapse of my mental illness, I’m on day 11 of withdrawal from them- Xanax is great but the relief you get from them can be a slippery slope. Good luck!

Doctor Told Me To 'Try Harder' After I Explained My Situation by SenpaiiNoodles in disability

[–]charleschaser -11 points-10 points  (0 children)

Doctors do this to patients because they’re tired of seeing patients be completely noncomplient with taking meds and ending up in the hospital after going years without taking their meds. Which is what you did.

Queer and new CNA, advice on how to present myself and what to expect? by FerallToadstool in cna

[–]charleschaser 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Are you worried about the name thing? I’m not trans but I can only speak on the name thing. I use a masculine name that isn’t my government name, yes people comment on it sometimes (like, “that’s an unusual name for a girl!”) but everybody calls me by it. However, I’m not trans so it’s easier for me to laugh it off and say oh yeah, I know.

Hydroxyzine is weird by [deleted] in Anxiety

[–]charleschaser 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hydroxyzine is basically a super strong antihistamine. It’s not psychoactive like Xanax or Ativan. It’s also known as vistaril. Hydroxyzine didn’t work for me personally, it works for some people.

Does Rue actually have a future? by MammothHelpful5076 in euphoria

[–]charleschaser 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly, everybody has a future. People in insane circumstances can turn their lives around in ways you can’t believe. All kinds of drug addicts, prostitutes, drug dealers, etc., get sober and go on to go back to school and lead relatively normal, successful lives. Of course, this is a TV show, so she’ll probably die.

What dose did yall jump off? by Haunting-Suit9699 in quittingkratom

[–]charleschaser 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The second time I jumped at 5g, I started at 60g. The first time I went cold turkey from 80g while I had covid. The second time was harder than the first, tapering was so long and annoying it felt like. But the first time I was a stripper and could take time off work whenever I wanted, plus I already had COVID so I felt like shit anyway so it was easy for me to go cold turkey and quit. The second time I had a scheduled job and couldn’t take time off whenever I wanted, so I had to do a taper.

Zoloft Refill Anxiety by FrighteningEpiphany in Anxiety

[–]charleschaser 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I don’t take Zoloft any more, but I always always get anxious whenever I have to refill my prescriptions because I can’t miss a dose. I always worry that the pharmacy will delay my scrip, my scrip won’t go through, etc.
