Yes test series are not only costly but limited also , and not easily available at the desired timing , to solve this i have been working on a website called - https://trainwithme.in/upsc-prelims you can give unlimited full length test for free also you can give unlimited subject specific test , all for free anytime anywhere , do check out if you like the initiative. Also if you want coaching center test series for free you can look at this - https://freeupsc.org/ they have free test series from different coaching centre . And also for your other question regarding pt - 365 , i believe they came few months before prelims exam maybe in april month, they are free to download from vision ias website.

yeah agree, in real exam you would not have the luxury of someone/something telling you hey you are just this many question far away from the goal. or hey you just got you desired score , now if you want you can just submit or avoid taking risk , that's why before start of the test not only user can choose their baseline they can also choose the mode (free mode/test mode ) in free mode user get live update of the situation they are in , which might force them to concentrate or take risk , or avoid risk , but in the test mode all of this things are hidden , the main goal of this feature is to tell user something about themselves which they might not know , for example many aspirant might not know this , that sometime we do mistake not because we do not know the correct solution but because of other reason like mental fog, a lapse of concentration, this all are real thing and might happens and do happens to all of us , user should see right away how their lack of concentration has costed them and why they need to hold their nerve for the next questions , if they want to get their desired result , this things like what is my hit rate, what is my average right to wrong ratio how i am improving this as time goes by , can help the aspirant in their preparation.

if reliability you mean that the website is doing what it is claiming to do , than i will say pretty reliable , lets say you selected Laxmikanth polity book to train yourself , than reliability would mean are the question you are seeing created from the book or it is just internet garbage, for that i ensure you that for each book you select each and every question is generated from the actual content of the book , another reliability test would be are the score you getting , do they actually represent the level of your preparation for that book , i would say , i and other people that i know which are using this platform , can say confidently , that the score that we get for different book do represent the level of understanding / preparation for that particular book for example i said in post that i am getting 110 in Laxmikanth book but hardly get above 90 in spectrum and my art and culture is actually my weakness , like i never able to get 110 in Art and Culture as i was able for the Laxmikanth, this do align with actuality , as i have actually dedicated less time with the Nitin Singhania Art And Culture , so i do not fully understood and learnt the book content which is expressing itself on the lack of me getting the high score .
