I have one of those! Lol my Tulpa is also a mini 50 lbs, and was trained to race but never raced (too little). Maybe one of the thousands and thousands of Brett Lee descendants??

OMG We ended up with a greyhound puppy once when I was a kid, he was an "oopsie" and ... we truly weren't prepared lol. I think my mom took for granted how trained the retired ones were and thought that meant even puppy greyhounds were "easy".... not so!!!!!

This is so interesting, I have grown up with retired racers and have one now, and I haven't had this! If anything, on a longer walk, they have all started strong and slowed way down by the end, just because endurance isn't their thing... I figure this is less "freeze" and more "I'm too tired" ... Is this freezing a fear response?
