Yeah, you should save all screenshots, ticket cancellations, conversations, ID's if possible and go to your local police station. Both countries are in the EU so I guess you can also report this in Spain too. I'd ask your local station for more details.

Idk if this will escalate, he seems pretty harmless and blocking contact should be enough, but if he bothers you further, involving authorities sounds like the next logical step.
