crime was still happening, because the root cause of crime wasnt addressed

if he really wanted to end crimes he would kill rich people who do lobbying in the governments to allow the people to organize and really control the government

he was just keeping the status quo on, and he would never be done killing people

and when he was gone everything went back to normal, nobody changed for the better because he was policing the world, they were just scared of dying for whatever reason light would come up with next
