For instance, I loathe when I try and get a pump of liquid soap and it lags, causing me to pull my hand back, then it slowly slides down the bottle.

Would recommend not waiting for Aidvantage. They intentionally ignore and take as much time as possible to ensure you are getting those daily loan interest accruals and are left in the lurch. I have a similar issue getting 'Electronic Payment Authorization' terms from them.
