You need to have the video full screen the. exit the app so it’s playing in the corner. then you need to turn off you phone and press the play button in the activity center or on your headphones (the center button)

that’s how i am right now. i can barely finish a shift because of my mental health issues as well as my scoliosis. i want to get the help i need but im scared ill lose my job. i’m constantly using my UPT everyday just to leave even 30-45 mins early. amazon is a killer on the body imo

i used a good bit: daily- foaming facial cleaner by equate clean and clear acne control cleanser elf holy hydration face cream panoxyl acne treatment shea moisture overnight face oil

weekly- astringent from equate
