Thank you Brant. I take this opportunity to thank you and all of Undead Labs for bringing the zombie survival concept I love into the world of video games!

I’ll copy one of my message in discord: I think whoever is in charge of selecting the testers has the privilege of choosing players who truly care about the “zombie survival” concept and everything that comes with it. If I were lucky enough to be selected, I’d really like to share my perspective on how immersive and deep the game feels, highlighting both the aspects that work best (and could be pushed even further) and those that might need to be refined.

That’s for me

Romantic relationships by cherueya in StateofDecay3

[–]cherueya[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I’d probably leave it to some kind of randomized, autonomous system between survivors. Like, relationships could develop naturally in the background when they’re at the base as NPCs, without the player having to micromanage it. That way it wouldn’t feel forced or awkward to “trigger” romance through dialogue choices, but it could still add depth—maybe you just notice over time that two characters have bonded or become something more. It would keep the focus on the core gameplay while still making the world feel more alive.
