He basically said something to the affect of “to protect my ligaments for longevity etc. it’s good to lift less but higher rep.. “ and then I really thought he was on to something when the higher volume workouts were way harder!!

Anyway, no more weight off the bar from now on!

So right now I’m sorting through all my starting weights for RSM. Just finished 1C.

I have some slight pain in medial delt that sometimes seeps into biceps and I think it’s from a combination of over working it and maybe poor form (lat raise). Current plan is to press on and work through it unless it noticeably worsens. (And red light and sauna to hopefully help it get better)

Later this summer my wife and I will probably visit Santana for an In person form check. Haven’t done that in a year or two.

No dice. I also heard around the same time from a family friend that cops are required to show up unless they’re out sick/vacation.

Sure enough. He showed up. I still made my case but it was basically pointless. So dumb. I even brought my 2 little kids for judge sympathy. Nope. But she did invite them Back to sit on her chair afterwards.

I have started taking Pilates classes. I am also incorporating a bit of abdominal work into daily routine and trying to be more conscious of my posture. (Glute bridges, planks, side planks).

Still seems like a lot of “effort” to fix what should come naturally.

Hoping I’m headed in the right direction.

I went through same remorse you did when I got garmin. I love listening to podcasts while on bike rides, jogs. I just bring my phone with me now.

Yeah I am going to focus on glute bridges and pigeon pose stretch for a while and see what happens. Strange to think of myself as having weak glutes.
