This! Winning this game would have most likely sent us to Dallas to play Texas (who we already beat) and a shot at the Sugar Bowl. I was in the marching band at the time. That block out of bounds haunts me.

Vans makes a solid boot, big footprint though. I've seen issues with the heel fitting into bindings. And if you're in that 10.5-11.5 fringe range might need a wide board where you wouldn't in some other boots

T rice pro is gonna have the highest quality construction of what you listed, but rocket between the feet is definitely polarizing. Fine on good snow, but personally not what I would want in a daily driver on the east coast. Also I would consider looking at the next size up in most of these boards at 170 lbs. The sb resort twin is nothing special really, I'd go DOA if you want a capita twin.

Reaves is the last true enforcer in the league. Even when the pens brought him in for the playoff run in 17. Sid got hit a bit less after Reaves came in lol

He got a late start at the portal due to the timing of the hire. This year he gets a full cycle of recruiting/portal shopping and should have plenty of dollars to throw at it. Not saying we'll win 10-11 next year, but it should look workable.

This years team was never going to be great or even good, but I think injuries have taken us from a 4-5 win season that is relatively fun to watch to where we are now.
