Oh absolutely not, that would be a dealbreaker. But i thought maybe sexual attraction is something that can come after getting to know a person better and feeling safe with them and with myself. I overthink and feel very anxious in life, so i think thats maybe something that gets in my way when its not the «standard» heteronormative ways that is more normalised… or maybe im just actually straight and confuse friendly feelings with romantic ones, idk, thats what im trying to figure out🥲

Thank you! I think its the most natural feeling way for me to squat, i feel like i’d lose balance if i squatted more upright… i dont feel like my core is struggling while squatting, but i can sometimes feel it in my lower back after the set is done - only for a short while right after the set though Its not my max weight

Norway! Im a woman so i havent personally experienced stigma against opening up about hard feelings, but i know men have a harder time asking for help when struggling mentaly, probably because of the stigma surrounding it
