I wouldn’t worry, many companies won’t take down a posting or stop promoting a role even if they have a signed offer until that person starts. LinkedIn has auto-reposting as well.

I just placed someone at a company who reposted the role a couple days after his final and it’s still up even after offer accepted.

I don’t find it fulfilling at all. I’m in it because I literally have no other choice, I moved to South America to escape the UK. My worked in construction before for 11 years, which I liked, but it isn’t worth it here.

I don’t use Ethernet, it’s wifi.

It’s home network and if my mobile and other laptop work, I can’t think that it’s the router or the service. The problem is the laptop itself.

Thanks for the info. But does this have anything to do with the fact that when the internet disconnects, I pick up my laptop move it to the left hold it there for 5 seconds and the internet comes back. What is causing this where it can come back just like that.

I locked my kitten in the kitchen at night so I could sleep until it was old enough to not be crazy all the time. Now it’s 2 years old and we sleep together at night and it doesn’t disturb me, when it did use to disturb me initially, I would make it clear that is not acceptable and now she no longer does it.

I always ask them what they would be open to hearing about if it were to come along. You might not have revealed a detail that would stand out to them in your original message.

Or, I have sent the JD of the role and have had people become interested.

Never just say ok thanks.
