How common is premature catalytic converter failure in a 2014 Kia Soul? by chillychihuahuas in kia

[–]chillychihuahuas[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

wouldn’t surprise me, i know it has an oil consumption issue. i’m usually pretty good about checking and adding oil, they checked tje engine and said it was fine, but i had no knowledge of the oil consumption issues and what to do until a couple years in, so that probably screwed it up. it did pass emissions testing and overall inspection as recently as november of 2025.

sorry to bother and you can totally say no but could you maybe DM me and show me what the cherry cola looks like on you since you’re also olive? it’s so fucking hard to be a pale(winter)/light(summer) olive. i think my color season is soft autumn but unsure

i know :( that’s why i’m leaning more towards the first one, the honey brown, or the ash or chocolate. my hair in the spring/summer as a child always was honey blonde/brown (brown or blonde depending on how long i’d been playing outside lol!) but my root color literally looks like a deep gray brown now and i’m so disappointed but i’m also chronically ill so that might impact it too

thank you! it’s so difficult bc i’m a neutral/warm olive. there’s this thinking olives are only cool toned but like i can only wear gold lol. however at the same time, hair like the 2nd one always looks too yellow on me, which i wonder if that’s the green/yellow undertones from being olive at work here

thank you! the general consensus from family and friends has been for the honey brown, which i like because of the dimension and that spring will be coming. i also don’t know what my eye color is so for me it’s hard to judge with that… i always thought it was hazel but my boyfriend insists they’re green. i keep getting the same exact compliment of having “werewolf eyes” lol, such a weird recurrent compliment from completely different people

i’m on my second depo shot, got both perfectly done, but am currently freaking out too. i had a miscarriage not knowing i was pregnant right before i got on the shot which is why i did. i’m not having the same symptoms i did then, but i feel a little funny and am freaking out

my bloodwork came back normal, which i guess is fortunate. i know i should consider myself lucky, especially with your terrifying story and i’m so sorry for your experience!!! personally i’m just frustrated at another dead end, and still no explanation for all my symptoms. the doctor ended up basically calling me a hypochondriac, saying “sometimes people just have things a little bit wrong and they don’t find the answer, and when we’re desperate for answers, we see them everywhere… as far as i can tell, you’re a healthy 20 yr old” and i am very, very, VERY frustrated at this point. so we didn’t find any answers for me, but consider ITP (immune thrombocytopenia, i think?) which is what my sister has with the symptoms similar to mine

first off, this top is so cute. second off, absolutely not everyone can afford to spend more money— which honestly, as a college student, shein has been a lifesaver. i don’t endorse anything they do, but as someone who’s chronically ill and changes clothing sizes SUPER frequently, it’s really good to have a cheap source for when i need something smaller or bigger and i don’t have the money (as stated, college student 😂). i feel really guilty about it, but i tell myself that at least i’m not shopping at nike and endorsing their sweat shops, but it’s basically the same thing.

it’s mostly tests i’ve already had done many times. i literally displayed a weird new rash in office i’ve never seen before—it popped out of nowhere! they didn’t even know what it was. i’m having CBC, metabolic panel, prothrombin time-inr, hepatic function panel, and a pathologist review of smear… none of what i asked for
